Shutterbug Foundations: Build Confidence Behind the Camera

Summer Shutterbug Foundations is a week-long, hands-on photography program created for kids ages 8–12 who are ready to grow from simply taking pictures to creating them with purpose.

Over five exciting class sessions, approximately 2 to 2.5 hours each, students will build confidence with their cameras while learning the foundations of photography in a fun, encouraging, kid-friendly environment.

This is not a sit-and-listen class. Students will learn through games, creative challenges, photo walks, hands-on projects, and real practice behind the camera. Each day is designed to help them become more confident, more observant, and more excited about what they can create.

Throughout the week, students will explore:

• How to focus and create clearer photos
